Our Gnocchi is gluten free made in a 100% gluten free facility. Formed into cavatelli envelopes to trap the sauce and keep it light, these pockets of potatoey goodness are great either pan fried or boiled and with any sauce, stir fry or on it’s own.

Frozen
Boil Method:
- From frozen, drop into boiling water
- When they get puffy and float to the surface, about 1 minute, remove from the water and mix with your favourite sauce or pan fry with some oil and spices
Pan Fry Method:
- From frozen, add gnocchi to a well oiled pan on high heat. add salt and spices. Add some water, stir, cover and slowly turn the heat down.
- Stir the gnocchi periodically, slowly turning the heat down until they are slightly browned and a little crispy
Dried

- When they get puffy and float to the surface, 10 – 15 minutes, remove from the water and mix with your favourite sauce or pan fry with some oil and spices

Ingredients:
Potato, white corn flour, tapioca flour, egg, salt
