Tim Williams feat. Kevin Belzner

Tim Williams (guitars, mandolins, vocals) and Kevin Belzner (stand-up cocktail drum kit) have been making music together for more than two decades, since meeting while both were working with legendary Calgary Blues Man, Back Alley John. Although they both play in many other formats, the duo adds a super-charged quality to down-home blues and Tim’s in-the-pocket original tunes. They have played numerous festivals, including Calgary and Edmonton Blues festivals,Edmonton Folk Music Festival, North Country Fair, Regina/Saskatoon/Swift Current winter blues festivals, Vancouver Island Music Fest,and many others; backed blues divas Maria Muldaur and Jackie Richardson, and played many of Western Canada’s finest music rooms including The Dream Café (Penticton), The Blues Can (Calgary), and The Yardbird Suite (Edmonton). They combine a unique repertoire of traditional and original tunes accompanied by stellar musicianship and a fun and lively stage banter, combining to create a truly satisfying evening of roots music.
