Off the Book, Calgary’s newest improv supergroup, presents Lord of the Rings. Dr. Atticus Dewey is going to read the epic fantasy tale, and he’s recruited some of Calgary’s hit young improvisers to help him. The only problem? Dr. Dewey likes to read from the heart, and is not limited to the simple-minded confines of words on a page. Who knows what enthralling tale will unfold this time? See the classic tale like never before, and when someone asks you what you saw you can say… “Uh… Lord of the Rings?”
