inter-steelar is all about the pedal steel guitar and features two masters of the little known but legendary instrument. Tyler Lieb from Victoria, and Wayne Garrett from Calgary, together with Keith Rodger on bass and Jeremy Gignoux on violin, present a program that steeps in the country roots of the pedal steel but expands with the intergalactic sonic capabilities of the instrument into an eclectic soundscape of comforting acid space improvisations.
