A multi-faceted musician and composer, Aretha Tillotson brings to the stage a new set of compositions after drawing on influences and experiences from her recent graduation from the renowned Global Jazz Master’s program in Boston.

Aretha Tillotson is a Canadian upright and electric bassist and composer. She has performed as a side woman for Mike Murley, Jim Head, and Charlie Austin, Josh Rosen, and Allan Chase. Aretha has performed with her quartet across Canada and in the United States at a number of venues, including The Rex, The Yardbird Suite, The Jubilee Auditorium, and The Winspear Centre.
