Mark DeJong and Aaron Young

Tonights program will feature Mark DeJong and Aaron Young performing new music composed for this concert presentation.

Saxophonist Mark DeJong is a dynamic and versatile musician. Well-known across western Canada, he is equally at home in various settings with such diverse activities as touring to Panama/Cuba with the Shuffle Demons as  well as performing as a soloist with the Saskatoon Symphony and vocalist Sarah Slean. 

Aaron Young is a guitarist, composer, & producer from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Imagine Jim Croce & Mark Knopfler were sipping vodka at Joni Mitchell’s California beach house while they spun Chet Atkins on the record player. From jazz to country to folk Aaron is the guy bands turn to when they need a heavyweight. A conglomerate of style and skill, Aaron Young is one incredible musician.
